Description

Learn the basics of silversmithing, guided by our expert teachers in a fun and relaxed environment. To make your charm you will first stamp out the shape you like, then you will file and texture your shape and add initials or other images. The teacher will drill a hole for you to add a bale and you will then decide if you want it matt or shiny. Thats it... your charm has been made. You can add it to a necklace or bracelet. It is a great way to get creative, learn a new skill and come away with a stunning handmade piece of jewellery that you have made yourself. A fantastic gift for yourself or a loved one.

Includes

Make your own sterling silver charm in different shapes including, circular, diamond, square, heart, star and even shamrock! Learn the basics of metal smithing, guided by our expert and fun teachers! To make your charm, you will first stamp out the shape you like, then you will file it, apply emery paper, add textures and an initial if you like. The teacher will drill a hole for you and you can add the bail. Finally you decide if you want to make it a sparkley or matt finish!That’s it – your charm has been handmade by you! Add it to your necklace or bracelet, or if you need to you can purchase a chain in store at a discounted rate especially for class goers! Included in the fee for the 2 hour workshop, all the materials and silver to make your pendant, tea, coffee and Chocolates. We are located in the heart of Dublins cultural Quarter, which hosts an array of shops and restaurants for you to enjoy before and after your workshop.

  • Please leave plenty of time to get to us 10 minutes before your class start time. We cannot accept late attendees beyond 10 minutes after the class has started. If coming from the airport please make sure you leave extra time to reach us as we cannot offer transfers for late flights.
