I've walked past this place countless times. Living nearby, I always meant to stop in, but somehow never did. Now that I finally have, I can confidently say it's one of Dublin's hidden gems. Nothing about it tries too hard. The décor is simple, yet it creates an atmosphere that feels natural, a little rebellious, and completely its own, with lush plants tying the whole space together. Then the food arrives—and everything just clicks. Every bite has its own character. The Spider Roll is nothing short of a masterpiece. The yakisoba is crafted with the kind of care that turns a simple dish into something memorable, and the plum wine is the perfect finishing touch: smooth, rich, and unforgettable. I couldn't recommend this place more. I'll definitely be back. Huge compliments to the chef and the entire team for creating an experience that feels both genuine and exceptional.
The food was amazing, the sashimi was very fresh and tasty, everything was very nice and tasty. The service was a little bit “quiet” not much words were said.Just a bit more of communication would be nice but overall for me is a 10/10.I will definitely come back!!
We went to minori for the first time last night and had a very good experience. The food was lovely and the prices were probably the best I’ve seen in Dublin for the high quality of the food. Our waitress was really nice and the service was fast. What really stuck with me was something that happened during the night. There was an issue with a delivery and what I think was the owner spent so much time on the phone to the customer and then to the customer care of the delivery service advocating for her customer until the issue was resolved. I just think that is something not everyone would do and it shows how much they care! Just wanted to highlight this. This will definitely become our new go to sushi spot!
The prices are very reasonable, the atmosphere is nice, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I really liked the taste; I didn't expect to be so pleasantly surprised at the nearest restaurant. Thank you very much
