Absolutely wonderful. Never knew of this place despite passing it many times. Visited with my partner to celebrate our second anniversary and we were both absolutely blown away with the quality of service, the food and the atmosphere. Our server Dima Darius was brilliant and brought my partner and I a glass of champagne each and a rose to celebrate our anniversary. I will absolutely be back again and will recommend it to others. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
We came back to Dublin purely for this restaurant, and it exceeded expectations - after six months of not going here we forgot how amazing this restaurant was (even though it was still our favourite restaurant!) Staff have always been so attentive and accommodating, I will say, we love to sit downstairs for our romantic date nights. If you want to impress someone, then go here! I had prawns dairy free and red wine beef spaghetti as main. Last time I had risotto and my partner had carbonara… I cannot tell you which is best as they all are 10/10 Thank you Kris and Darius for another amazing experience :)
La Caverna is located in the upbeat, vibrant Temple Bar area. Angela and Rashid were attentive and courteous servers. The food was beautifully plated and came piping hot. The lasagna had a lovely balance of meat, cheese and sauce and was quite tasty. The salad dressing was somewhat bland for my palate but otherwise fresh. The ambiance was quaint and welcoming. With candles on the tables and a mirrored wall, was rather romantic for a couple. It was a lovely night out and would recommend.
The food was amazing - the tiramisu is to die for and the service from Dima and George was excellent and they were so nice. 10/10 recommend this place for all ages. We had kids 5 and 9 year old us and they loved the spaghetti bolognese. Very affordable as well.
The best experience ever at this Italian restaurant! I was the birthday girl today, and they made me feel so special. They surprised me with a beautifully decorated dessert, a rose, and prosecco. The food was beautifully presented, tasted amazing, and every dish was absolutely delicious. The service was outstanding from start to finish. A huge thank you to Rashid and Darius for being so kind, attentive, and making my day extra special. Truly the best service ever. I’ll definitely be back!
