Based on our experience, I have to give this restaurant a poor rating. We ordered two starters, and unfortunately neither of them was particularly tasty or of good quality. The seafood platter was also disappointing – the only item we really enjoyed was the fried calamari. The fish, in particular, had a strange taste, almost as if it wasn't fresh. Considering this is a seaside destination, I expected much better seafood. The prices are high, which is understandable for the location, but the quality did not justify them. The service, however, was good.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at The Our House. The restaurant has a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere, making it a perfect place to enjoy a meal. The food was absolutely delicious, and every dish was beautifully presented. The service was excellent, and I was very well looked after throughout my visit. A special thank you to the staff member, Eliane, for being so attentive, friendly, and professional. She made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be coming back!
This is a nice town on the water. Lots of tourists. Stopped here for lunch and asked for the open window table - there’s no view but it was light and bright. We were told there was a reservation for it (at 2:30 in the afternoon). OK. They seated us and I ordered the mussels and a seafood chowder. The mussels tasted good but they were the tiniest mussels I’ve ever had. The seafood chowder was good but again full of mussels. One of us had the seafood tacos. They had a minimal amount of seafood. Overall a mediocre experience - I will not go again. I will find a place with a view next time. 🌊
