Exceptional food, both beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. Hands down the best sourdough bread that I had during my entire trip. Reasonable choice of non-alcoholic drink options, kind and attentive (but not too attentive) service. I was only in Dublin for a few days. A friend recommended Hugo's and I am so glad that I followed their recommendation. I had an early (6pm) reservation on a Thursday evening. I requested a table by the window so that I could people watch and they did not disappoint. My only regret is that I was too full from dinner (and the bread) to partake of any of their delectable sounding deserts. I would definitely dine here again if/when I return to Dublin.
I went here before a gig with my partner, trying new places and we are glad we found it. It's a fabulous venue, very comfortable and it was very warm outside but we where comfortable sitting inside and enjoying the wonderful food. We loved everything we got and had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly and personable. I forgot my jacket and they kept it safe for me. I would gladly eat here again.

The ambiance and atmosphere is incredible, service is professional and top tier. One of the best restaurants I have every been to. They deserve 10 stars.......
Highly recommend this spot, whether you’re a solo traveler, a couple looking for a cute date night or a couple of gal pals. It’s the kind of atmosphere where you can comfortably hold a conversation. The food is excellent, the oysters and pâte are a must. The service/staff are incredible: friendly, professional, know their stuff and never make you feel rushed. I traveled solo here and they graciously served me for hours as I hung out, ate and drank. Vibes are on point, 10/10 recommend!
