CrackBird aren't just winging it here (though you can get Wings by the Dozen). Their all-natural farm-fresh chicken is sourced from Cootehill Farms in County Cavan, then transformed into delicious Buttermilk Chicken, Soy Garlic Chicken and Szechuan Pepper Roast Chicken. You can tuck into Chicken Crunches or Chicken Brochettes (there are two types of each). CrackBird also serves a lunch menu on weekdays.
Add salads (like Red Cabbage, Pomegranate & Lime or Sweet Potato, Paprika Bacon & Pecans), sides and dippy/dunky nibbles, plus a variety of sauces (including habanero, chermoulla, burnt lemon & whipped feta to name a few). Finally, lash in some craft beers for good measure - and you've got something potentially addictive.
