Great Italian Places in City Center right off the iconic bridge. Staff are so welcoming and smile to serve Atmosphere is comfortable luxury type Good I had “pizza” and pasta and Cured Ham and desserts The Pinseria is good. Tasty and not salty Pasta is top notch. I had the traditional carbonara pasta which is great great great. Ham is so so Dessert. tiramisu is excellent while their special Napoleon style is not up to what I expected Overall. Should come and recommended people to come and try Great variety of wines
Had an absolutely amazing dinner experience here with some colleagues from work. The service was very professional and very attentive. The prices are very much on par for what you get. It's not fast food, not some quickly fixed pizza or pasta. It's tasty authentic Italian food, probably one of the best pasta carbonara I had in my life. It's all home-made in the restaurant and you can certainly taste the difference. Definitely recommend it if you are looking for some delicious Italian cuisine.
Had a really lovely meal at Bar Italia. The food was excellent -fresh, full of flavour and beautifully presented. The burrata and tomato starter was especially good. The service was friendly and attentive without being over the top, and the team made us feel very welcome throughout the evening. They also have a great wine list with plenty of choice, and the recommendations were spot on. A fantastic spot for Italian food in Dublin. We’ll definitely be back! 🍷🇮🇹⭐️
Service was so slow, we waited more than an hour for the food to come! We came a long way to try the truffle which they said wasn’t available at the moment which was very disappointing. We ordered many other dishes and appetizers which were fine except the carbonara pasta which was extremely salty! The waiter said that this is how the authentic carbonara tastes as they get their ingredients from Italy! I’m not quite sure if this is true tho. Overall, the place didn’t meet my expectations at all.
We were warmly received and seated at our table. We had the margarita pizza which was good. Had the cavatelli bolognese and it was also good. Serve was the highlight as food was quite average. Not a bad place but will look for another Italian alternative.
