Transportation awaits you outside, relax as you travel to the Liberties neighborhood of Dublin to Dublin's new, small batch, working distilleries. Enjoy a city tour as you travel along the river, passing the Financial District, O'Connell St, the Ha'penny Bridge, high courts, and much more. Your host delivers commentary on board. Be captivated by the incredible story of Dublin's distilling heritage, with stops at the ruins of the old Powers and Roe Distilleries, which were once world leaders in whiskey making. Enjoy a bespoke tour to Teeling Whiskey Distillery for a personalized distillery floor visit and then onto the bar to try their Small Batch Blend, Single Grain, and Single Pot Still, the first whiskey to be made in Dublin since 1976. Explore the heart of this neighborhood as you travel not far to The Dublin Liberties Distillery, set in a 400-year-old historical building. Enjoy a private bespoke visit to the distillery floor followed by a tutored tasting in the bar of Dubliner Liqueur, the ultra smooth Dubliner Original Irish whiskey, and Liberties Oak Devil Single Malt. Onto Pearse Lyons Distillery next, set in St. James’ Church which dates back to the 12th century. The private/bespoke tour includes a walk around the graveyard next to the church and a tasting of Pearse Lyons whiskeys (5-year-old blend, 7-year-old blend, and 12-year-old single malt). Finish up your tour with drop-off at the door of your hotel in Dublin city.
