Excellent experience with Urban Day Spa from start to finish! Andrea did my spray tan and I love it. She’s a true professional and went out of her way to help me out. Lauren on the desk was also very helpful, she answered so many of my questions and was so reassuring. Highly recommend!
I’ve been going to Stephanie at Urban Spa in Sportsco regularly for a while now and she’s fantastic. Always professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and consistently gives a great massage. I always leave feeling relaxed and sorted afterwards. Couldn’t recommend her enough.
I had an incredible first experience at Urban Spa thanks to Martina. I came in after a week-long road trip feeling completely stiff, and she provided the exact 'reset' I needed. Her technique was excellent, but what stood out most was how well she listened.. she understood my concerns perfectly and the pressure was spot on throughout. I only booked 45 minutes this time, but I’m already planning to come back for a 90-minute session in three weeks. Highly recommend her if you need someone who truly knows what they’re doing!
My experience at Urban Day Spa was absolutely outstanding. From the friendly, professional staff to the relaxing atmosphere and top-quality treatments, everything was exceptional. My massage was easily the best I’ve ever had and gave me instant relief from lower back pain. I was pleasantly surprised to find free parking, especially given how close it is to the city centre (a big plus!) I couldn’t recommend Urban Day Spa more highly.
