I recently had the Japanese Spa Facial and Head & Arm Massage at Unique Spa in Fashion City, Ballymount, and it was honestly one of the nicest treatments I have ever received in my life. From the moment i walked in 2 beautiful friendly girls on recption. The ambience is truly unique. My therapist, Brianka, was absolutely amazing. She was so skilled at what she does, and her attention to detail was fantastic. I’m a beauty therapist myself, so I really appreciate and notice the little things, and Brianka was exceptional. The treatment began with a thorough hair analysis, after which she selected the correct products specifically for my hair and scalp. It was facinating to see.She exfoliated and washed my hair and applied a mask to the areas that needed it, depending on my individual hair and scalp needs. Everything felt so personalised and carefully considered. She then moved on to the facial, which included a double cleanse, beautiful exfiliation, facial massage and mask. The treatment continued with a wonderful massage of my arms and hands. The pressure throughout the entire treatment was absolutely spot on. The water temperature was perfect, and every part of the experience was carried out with such care and precision. I genuinely enjoyed every minute of this treatment. It was incredibly relaxing, luxurious and beautifully executed from start to finish. Brianka’s technique, pressure and attention to detail were second to none. I honestly cannot recommend this treatment highly enough. It is definitely something I would love to experience again and again in the future with Brianka. I have a neurological conditiin called FND went in extremly shaky and left with no treamour. Thank you so much, Brianka, for such a wonderful treatment and for making the whole experience so special! This was a gift from my son and fiance i know whats on my christmas pressie list 🥰
I have visited this spa after long flight and experience was mesmerising! Ambience is calm and sitting in reception itself start giving relaxation to my nervous system. Therapists are professional and very polite. It seriously made my day and will definitely recommend as must visit place like extended home!!! 😇🙌🏻
The most amazing experience today from start to finish. The minute I walked in the staff were so welcoming on the desk and so accommodating. The spa is absolutely beautiful and really clean. My massage was unbelievable, so relaxing I feel so much lighter now. The girls are all so professional and I can’t wait to go back already. Highly recommend

I had such a wonderful experience at this spa! From the moment I arrived, the receptionist and all the staff were incredibly welcoming and polite, which made me feel comfortable right away. My massage therapist was absolutely amazing one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. It truly made my day feel so special and joyful. I can’t recommend this place enough and I’ll definitely be coming back!
