I have been attending reflexology sessions with Lynne since April and I would highly recommend her. Reflexology offers several key benefits, primarily focused on stress reduction and holistic wellness:including pain reduction, relaxation, blood flow stimulation and digestion Again I would highly recommend Lynne with her vast knowledge and understanding of reflexology. I find myself much more energetic and distressed following our sessions.
