Nice place to come for a swim — most of the staff are very friendly and helpful, which makes for a generally good experience. However, one interaction really stood out for the wrong reasons. A particular staff member (a tall man) came across as quite rude and seemed to be profiling members, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. It’s a shame because it takes away from what is otherwise a welcoming environment. Overall, I’d recommend the place, but I hope management addresses this kind of behaviour so all visitors feel equally respected.

I’m very unhappy with the state of the facilities. Steam room out of order for well over a year (possibly longer), sauna seems to be broken at least once every other month and takes ages to get fixed. Same deal with the machines, there seems to be another machine broken every other week and they remain unusable for months. This place really isn’t well cared for. The only reason it doesn’t get one star is the location, but unfortunately that isn’t enough to keep me using it. Been here over a year but I think it’s time I changed gyms.

Very poor gym. The swimming pool has great potential but is dirty — unfortunately, everything feels quite unclean. A couple of hairdryers have been out of order for more than a month. It’s cheap, but I would have preferred to pay a bit more and have basic services properly guaranteed.
