I recently started going to the gym here; only been a couple of times but so far I'm very pleased with the place. Plenty of machines in the weightlifting area and they're all well-maintained. 💯 The only addition I'd make is probably a preacher curl machine, I found that really useful in my old gym (here they only have the barbel bench). The staff at the reception are also really lovely. 😊
Really nice gym with great facilities and a friendly atmosphere. The place is clean, well equipped, and the staff are helpful. Overall, a good spot to train and stay motivated.

Glad to have quit this place. As the price went up, the quality went down. Got all new dumbbells but reduced the selection by dumping the 14s and 16s. Men's locker room is like a sauna. Trainers (apart from Dave and Barbara) act like they own the place. Machines and facilities out of service on a daily basis. I took the below photos on the gym floor on ONE DAY. A superficial paint job and a rebrand is all well and good, but the essentials are sorely lacking.
