Thank you for a wonderful day at the spa either the massage and use of spa deal or day pass are worth it. My only criticism is that the water in the pool wasnt warm enough for me, but loved the rest therefore I recommend it
The massage treatment was good especially the different smells and sounds they introduced made the experience more enriched. However, the Elemis products caused severe burning sensation on my face. When I explained it to the therapist, She told me it is because the moisture is being delivered into deep layers of my skin that is why it caused that burning which I learned is not true. Then she promoted Elemis products to me and said made 90 percent of rose petals. After purchasing, I realized it has skin irritating ingredients like fragrances and essential oils and the rose was mentioned at the end of the list. I asked for a refund at least partially. Once they learned that I opened the product to test the irritation, they did not reply back. Their misleading statements to sell a product disregarding the sensitivity of my skin and not replying to my polite emails is so disappointing. I don't recommend this facility especially given how overpriced it is.
Lovely spa experience with one small note💫 I had a very pleasant experience at Anantara Spa in Dublin, visiting with my daughter. The staff were warm, professional and attentive. We were welcomed right on time at 2:15 pm — always appreciated when you value good organisation. The spa facilities are beautiful: jacuzzi, saunas, calm atmosphere and a truly relaxing massage. The relaxation room afterwards was the perfect finishing touch. Also, special mention to the gentleman at reception for his excellent service. Just one small note from a very relaxed (but attentive) guest 😊 I had booked a one-hour massage, but because we were kindly invited to use the bathroom and allowed to take a few videos before starting, the massage itself lasted around 40 minutes, finishing exactly at 3:15 pm. Had I known, I would have saved those “pre-spa rituals” for later — timing matters when you want to enjoy every minute. Overall, a beautiful spa, skilled professionals and a very enjoyable experience. Highly recommended — just keep the timing in mind to make the most of it ✨
