The centrepiece of Align Wellness is its traditional Finnish sauna. This sauna experience is elevated with the use of essential-oil snowballs, which are employed in the Ausguss ritual. These snowballs release aromatic steam that provides a deeply rejuvenating and relaxing respite. Complementing the sauna are the ice baths, which offer controlled cold exposure that aims to boost recovery, improve immunity, and sharpen mental focus.
Align Wellness also features transformative breathwork sessions. These are designed to help regulate the nervous system, releasing built-up stress and facilitating a sense of calm and clarity. Their group classes, such as 'Align & Breathe' and 'Sculpt & Sweat', provide an immersive experience led by trained instructors. I can't recommend Align Wellness enough! I’ve been coming here every weekend, and it has easily become the highlight of my week. Their sauna experience is absolutely incredible—every 15 minutes, the staff come in to place a bowl of iced salts with different, amazing scents, and they swirl a towel to perfectly distribute the aroma throughout the room. It feels completely amazing and relaxing. They also have ice baths with a great range of temperatures (from 10°C down to a bracing 6°C), which is perfect for contrast therapy. To top it all off, they offer lovely herbal teas to help you rehydrate. The price point is very fair, but I highly recommend buying the 7-session package—it’s much better value! A special thanks to Seafra, who always makes us feel more than welcome. He is incredibly hardworking and his positive energy completely elevates the whole experience. The place is also always spotless and exceptionally well-maintained. If you're looking for a top-tier wellness spot, this is it!
I’ve been to quite a few saunas around Dublin now and this is by far my favourite. It feels like a 5-star facility — super relaxing, very clean, and never overcrowded. The individual ice baths are a great touch, as well as being offered tea on arrival. Katie, the owner, is incredibly friendly and kind, and you can tell she really cares about the experience. Highly recommend.
Align Wellness is a true gem in Dublin. The facilities are top-notch, exceptionally clean, and the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. It’s the perfect sanctuary for recovery and wellness. The staff is professional and kind, and I couldn't recommend it more!
This sauna delivers a near-perfect, impeccably clean, and well-kept experience that’s easily 5-star worthy in facilities and service. Will definitely come back. Hot tea greets you on arrival for a warm welcome, and the oil infusions in the sauna create a luxurious, aromatic highlight. The attendant stands out as amazing. Dropping to 4 stars because there’s no clear signage or reservation notes enforcing silence or minimal voices - crucial for true relaxation, disconnection and recharging in a sauna. It’s often ruined by pairs of gals besties gossiping loudly like it’s Sunday brunch, filling the space with chatter for the entire hour and it had me leaving with a headache. Signs stating “keep silence” or low volume would help with guest behaviour without blaming the business.
Very nice sauna facility, relaxed atmosphere, not overcrowded. Super clean and spacious. Tea on arrival is an extra touch to add to experience and the essential oil change every 15 minutes was amazing. The lady working there was absolutely lovely and nice to deal with. Will definitely return and recommend to friends.
