Description
Swap the city streets for the River Liffey and explore Dublin from the water on a pedal-powered hydrobike. These lightweight water bikes are designed to feel stable and easy to steer, so you can focus on the view rather than technique. With a beginner-friendly setup, instructor guidance, and safety equipment provided, it’s a calm, low-effort way to get active and see the city from a new angle.
Start by checking in at the riverside base and getting fitted with your safety gear. Your instructor will run through a short briefing on how to mount, pedal, steer, and keep a comfortable pace, plus the key safety rules for sharing the river. Once you’re ready, head onto the water for your 40-minute session and pedal along the Liffey at a speed that suits you, taking in a mix of waterside city scenes and passing river traffic.
As your session wraps up, return to the starting point for an easy finish and a quick wrap-up with the team. You’ll have access to the on-site facilities and café afterwards, so you can dry off, grab something to eat or drink, and keep the day moving from there.
