Description
Your tour begins with pickup from Dublin Port Cruise Terminal in a small group van. You will drive through Wicklow county, known as the Garden of Ireland, featuring rolling hills, streams, and scenic glens. This landscape has appeared in films such as P.S. I Love You and Braveheart.
The next stop is Glendalough, a valley of two lakes famous for St Kevin's Monastery dating back to the 6th century. The monastic site includes Ireland's finest round tower and St Kevin's cross, which legend says may predict marriage within a year if you can encircle it with your hands. Returning to the city, you will pass Wicklow's notable mountains, lakes, and distinctive turf hills, offering classic Irish scenery.
After a break for lunch or refreshments, the tour continues in Dublin with visits to O'Connell Street, the Ha'penny Bridge, Temple Bar, Molly Malone statue, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Christchurch Cathedral, Trinity College, and shopping at Grafton Street, known for its traditional luxury stores.
