- Fox’s Wild Irish Mussels – steamed in cider, onion, and garlic cream stock

- Fox’s Seafood Chowder – creamy potato soup with shellfish, smoked and white fish
Main Courses:
- Lamb Shank – Irish lamb with potato and vegetables in lamb and red wine jus
