Discover Dublin’s renowned landmarks and lesser-known locations with expert guides trained by local historian Pat Liddy. This comprehensive city centre tour covers both sides of the River Liffey, starting at Dame Street.

The route follows through Temple Bar, crosses an early bridge over the River Liffey, explores the former Viking and Medieval Quarter, and passes outside Dublin Castle. Afterwards, the tour continues through side streets and laneways to Grafton Street, concluding at College Green surrounded by historic landmarks.

While all visits are external, you will have the opportunity to enter some locations after the tour. The walk highlights the human stories behind the city’s historic sites, offering insight beyond dates and facts.
