Begin your visit by meeting your tour guide and hearing the story of Rascals Brewing Company. Learn how the founders, a husband and wife team, were inspired by the New Zealand craft beer scene and left their day jobs to start a brewery in Dublin.
The tour continues through the brewery floor up to the mezzanine where the brewing facilities are explained. Visit the Malt Room to handle and taste different malted barleys. Explore the brewhouse vessels while experiencing the aromas and textures of the hops used in their beer production. Throughout the tour, view art installations representing various stages of the brewing process.
The experience ends with a guided tasting of four award-winning Rascals beers.
