Safety is always the top priority, with RLSS-trained lifeguards supervising the course at all times to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Sessions last 55 minutes, giving you plenty of time to race friends, try new obstacles, or simply enjoy the thrill of bouncing and sliding across the water. After your session, you’re free to relax in the park or continue exploring the surrounding area.

Important Information
- Height requirement: 1.2m to 2.13m
- All participants must be comfortable in the water and able to swim at least 50 metres while wearing a PFD buoyancy aid
- Life vests and wetsuits are provided and must be worn at all times
- Arrive at least 40 minutes before your booking time to ensure sufficient time to change
- Children under 8 must be accompanied around the course by a paying and participating adult, with a maximum of three children per adult
- Participants aged 9 to 17 may complete the course independently, but a supervising adult must remain on site for the duration of the visit
- An adult must remain on site for the duration of the visit
- Please note Aqua socks are mandatory on the park and can be purchased on site
- No footwear, jewellery, watches, or glasses are permitted on the course itself, other than prescription goggles or where required for medical reasons
- Communal style changing areas and public rinse off areas are available for use
