Our preferred Mario's is the Ranelagh version, which we think just edges the other two for the décor alone.
Mario's has three outlets in Dublin (in addition to this spot - our local Terenure branch - there are locations in nearby Sandymount and Ranelagh). All offer the same simple yet top quality Italian menu.
It's hard not to like a place that produces fresh and tasty pizza and delicious pasta at truly competitive prices.
If you're pondering the pizza, they're all fab - but our hands-down favourite is the Caprino Piccante (Goats Cheese, Pepperoni, Fresh Chilli & Caramelised Onion). Our mouths are watering thinking about it.
The trio of Mario's restaurants welcome children and have become popular with families, particularly on Sunday afternoon/evening.
