Mario's has three outlets in Dublin (in addition to this Ranelagh location, there's a Terenure branch and another spot in Sandymount). All offer the same simple yet top quality Italian menu.
Of the three restaurants, this might be our favourite - though the menus are the same, we think the decor here just edges the others. That's purely subjective - all three are actually comfortable, attractive eateries.
If you're pondering the pizza, they're all very good - but our favourite is the Caprino Piccante (Goats Cheese, Pepperoni, Fresh Chilli & Caramelised Onion). Over time, we've tried them all - and we always come back to this one.
