Dined in May 2026. D’Olier street is one of the best restaurants we’ve dined in. One of very few we would return a second time. The food is more intense in flavors. A few courses were sweet and sour, which isn’t very common. The tasting courses were creative in taste and presentation. Portions are balanced. The atmosphere was energetic and relaxed. One highlight of the night was sitting at the open kitchen counter and watching the food prep. Tasting menu started at €150, we found the quality was worth the price.
Hands down, the most satisfying meal I’ve had in Ireland to date. A parade of delicious bites inspiredly conceived, skilfully executed and packed with flavour. The non-alcoholic pairing deserves a special mention as well: a lovely home-made diversity that complements the dishes nicely and is never boring. Again, I don’t think I’ve encountered a better selection in the genre before. Good service, nice venue, I couldn’t recommend it enough.
Absolutely spectacular restaurant. We’ve been to many Michelin-starred restaurants before, but this place truly stood out. The combinations of contrasting flavours and textures were incredibly clever and complemented each other perfectly, creating dishes unlike anything we’d experienced before. We were lucky enough to sit at the chef’s table, which made the experience even more special. We spent our anniversary here, and the service was warm and personable. Communication was seamless and well organised throughout. We’ll definitely be back when we return to Ireland!
Absolutely blown away by the meticulously designed menu here. everything was so delicious and really showcased local irish ingredients. it may not seem like a lot of food but we were so stuffed we had to ask for takeaway boxes for the dessert!
My Fiancé and I had dinner at the chefs counter last week on our trip. We are still talking about it a week later! The whole team from front of house to the kitchen were fantastic. We got the wine pairing with our meal and all went very well with our meal. My fiancé requested the one red wine be switched with a white at the beginning of service. We both received a red. She wasn’t bothered by it and was gonna drink it. They caught this mistake and fixed it with her favorite white about 2 minutes later and left the 2nd glass of red for me! Very great attention to detail and a meal that we will be remembering for a long time! Exceeded 2 star restaurants we have been to. Highly highly recommend! Thank you for a memorable dinner!
