Named after one of Dublin's much-loved Lord Mayors, Alfie Byrne's is a quirky addition to the expanding Galway Bay Brewery family.

Located at Earlsfort Plaza (at the Conrad Dublin Hotel) and opening out onto Earlsfort Terrace, it's within very easy reach of St Stephen's Green if you're thirsting for a proper brew. The outdoor beer garden is another plus.

Alfie's offers lunch and dinner menus (check the midday Soup & Sambo du jour and nightly Pie Special), extensive craft beer and whiskey lists, and a great range of wine and cigars.

Surrounded by hordes of office workers, this is a popular after-work venue amongst the locals. It's also ideal as a pre- and post-performance meeting place for people attending the National Concert Hall (NCH) - which is just over the road.
