Reviews
This hotel is absolutely exceptional. Everything has been thoughtfully designed, from the beautiful interiors to the excellent facilities. The staff and management are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food was outstanding. Every dish was delicious and clearly prepared with care. The upstairs terrace is a great spot to relax, especially on a sunny day. It has such a lovely atmosphere for food, drinks or cocktails. I couldn't recommend this place more. Whether you're stopping by for a meal, cocktails or celebrating a special occasion, it's the perfect place to do it.
We honestly couldn't have asked for a better venue for our wedding. From the very beginning, the team at The Leinster made the entire planning process feel so easy, and on the day itself everything ran seamlessly. A huge thank you to Kaela, who was incredible throughout the whole journey. She was always so helpful, responsive and reassuring, and made the planning process completely stress-free. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and it was such a pleasure working with her. On the day, Stjefan and Shane were absolutely fantastic. They made sure everything ran smoothly and looked after us and our guests so well. Every member of staff was friendly, attentive and genuinely invested in making the day special, and so many of our guests commented afterwards on how amazing the team were. The food deserves a special mention too. We have had so many people tell us it was the best wedding food they've ever had, and we couldn't agree more. Every course was exceptional, and the quality exceeded all of our expectations. The Leinster is such a beautiful venue and the Rico Suite was amazing, but it's the people who really make it so special. We felt so well looked after from start to finish, and we're incredibly grateful to the entire team for helping make our wedding day everything we hoped it would be and more. We couldn't recommend The Leinster highly enough to any couple looking for an unforgettable wedding venue.
What a wonderful stay at the Leinster. We stayed in the Standard room, which is not large, but size is completely compensated by style. The art on the walls, the mix of textures and prints is truly glamorous. The restaurant is great, reliable and delicious food if your don't want to stray far from your room. The toilet is definitely an experience. The staff is absolutely the cherry on the top -- everyone is super nice, friendly, courteous in a cool way. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
We had a girls brunch in Jean Georges- the space itself is visually beautiful with the most stunning views of the Dublin skyline. Service is impeccable. Brunch was simple but executed perfectly, drinks and mocktails were beautiful. We had a wonderful, relaxed afternoon. The remainder of the Leinster from what I saw is quite lovely, boutique and an aesthetic feast for the eyes. Every interaction I had with staff there was flawless. Literally could not recommend the place enough! If you are visiting Dublin, stay there! If you live in Dublin this place is a must to have in your foodie rotation.
The Leinster Hotel was almost perfect for our stay. The staff truly made the experience — everyone was incredibly kind, accommodating, and gave fantastic recommendations that really enhanced our trip. The gym was also extremely nice, and although we never got around to using the sauna, I have no doubt it’s just as well done. The location was absolutely ideal. I was attending a conference at the convention center (about a 12–15 minute walk), while my husband spent his days exploring the city, and it really gave us the best of both worlds. The shower was fantastic, and the Japanese toilets were a fun touch as well. That said, I do have to echo what other reviewers have mentioned about the room sizes. We booked a Deluxe King Room, and it was extremely tight. We had two suitcases and genuinely nowhere to put them. We ended up squeezing them between the bed and the wall and found ourselves tripping over them every morning because there really wasn’t another option. There wasn’t enough floor space to even open a suitcase flat, let alone room for a luggage rack or proper storage. Honestly, if there had even been a small closet, I would happily return. For the price point, the lack of functional space really missed the mark and unfortunately put a damper on the trip because the room constantly felt cluttered and made getting out clothes such a chore. With just a bit more thought put into storage and layout, this hotel could easily be exceptional.
