Staycity Aparthotels, Dublin, City Quay Overall a very decent aparthotel. Room was very decently sized and had a nice sofa and place to work. Bed was huge and super cosy. They have a full kitchenette so you could rustle yourself up something small or use the microwave which was nice, particularly if you had a longer stay. Was actually booked in at Mark St, but they had issues with AC, so got sent over the road to Moss St (2mins walk). Thank you Nacho and the manager on site the next morning (15th July) you helped me with figuring out Dublin Express bus - thank you!
We had a wonderful stay at Staycity Dublin ( Moss Street ) and couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, Nacho welcomed us with such warmth and kindness and was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. We also met Mauro and Maura, who were both incredibly friendly and helpful. The customer service from the whole team was outstanding – honestly some of the best we've received in a long time, and it's the reason I wanted to leave this review. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Dublin, and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We also booked breakfast, which was absolutely delicious. My daughter is usually a picky eater, so seeing her finish her entire plate and then go back for seconds says it all! Overall, we couldn't have been happier with our stay. I would highly recommend Staycity to anyone visiting Dublin, and we'll definitely be booking with them again the next time we're in the city. Thank you to the whole team for making our trip so memorable!
Loved our stay here. Rooms clean, comfortable, quiet and air conditioned (not normally a huge concern in Dublin but was during our stay ☀️). Washing machines (for a fee with 2 liquid pods / euro available to buy) and free left luggage available at check out. Located very conveniently for the Dart plus plenty of nice coffee & breakfast places nearby. Staff super helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.
Friendly staff, I arrived at 11am and wasn’t meant to check in till 3 but they kindly let me check in early. I’d been travelling all day so it really made a difference for me. Staff are so helpful, nothing is too much for them. Love the fact they store luggage really makes a difference to give you an extra day to explore the city. Thankyou for a great stay and I can’t wait to come back
Had a wonderful stay at Staycity with my family. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and had all the amenities you could need, which made everything so easy and convenient. I slept incredibly well and had such a relaxing time throughout our stay. A special thank you to Nacho, who helped us at check-out—he was friendly, attentive, and absolutely amazing. His warm service really made the experience even better. Would definitely stay again!
