Great, affordable option for a city break. Ideal location in walking distance to all the attractions and buzz but the street itself is quiet with nearby shops and transport. The room was clean, had all the amenities needed, and an okay size (but still manageable for a couple staying for a few days). Service was great and helpful - we were able to check in early and leave our luggage with the front desk on the last day after checkout.
1st time staying at Staycity. This branch is very near to the city centre. (Many staycity in Dublin) .Great location and near to bus stops. Good fish and chips shop around the corner, and near Lidl grocery store. Easy check in and out as staff is there all the time. Price is reasonable from whatever platform, but for more longer stay, plan early , sign up as member and book directly from website for better price. Had a hiccup with water running from corridor to my room, staff was really fast attending the issue right after whatsapping the hotel line. All staff are very attentive of the issue even the day after . Well done. Im pleased with all the amenities: laundry is at communal area at the basement , the rest is in the room ( induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, pots and pans, nespresso machine with free coffee, milk, salt, pepper, sugar, iron+ ironing board, hairdryer ). Just for the toilet please bring your own toothbrush and tooth paste, shower cap and conditioner. Shower gel+shampoo is provided. I took off over the weekend and checking in back the next week, and they are willing to keep my luggage for 3 days without fees ( another excellent service ). Thank you for the great stay, will be back next week!
We really enjoyed our short stay at the StayCity Dublin Castle. The location is excellent: central, walkable to everything, and perfect for a last night in the city before our flight. Despite being so close to major sights, the property was surprisingly quiet, and we had a great night’s sleep. The staff at checkout were also very friendly and helpful, which made for a smooth and pleasant departure. A great combination of convenience, comfort, and calm right in the heart of Dublin — highly recommended.
It was a clean and comfortable room which included a kitchenette stocked with the basic necessities for cooking (pots, dishes, cleaning supplies). The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is great for Temple Bar and St. Patrick’s which is a beautiful garden. There was a minor issue with hot water on my second night but they had someone on site working and it was resolved fairly quickly. For those who are able to walk a bit further it’s a good location for walking to Guinness and Trinity as well. Felt fairly safe as a solo traveler as it is not on any man strip for bars or clubs but still fairly close to the night life.
We had a fantastic stay at Dublin Castle StayCity Aparthotel. The room was clean. The kitchenette was perfect with everything we needed. Even the mini Nespresso with complimentary pods that my mom loved. The shower water pressure was gorgeous.. Also, you can hear the bells from Christ Church and they are so beautiful! But could be a problem for anyone that might be bothered by that. The view was also AMAZING! The only downside was that the coffee machine in the little cafe in the lobby was broken the entire time we were there
