Friendly staff. Quiet, Central location. Close to St. Stephans Park. After upgrade to king, cost the same as the Alex with full amenities. Could not even get ice.
Amazing customer experience
Great location and our room was a lot larger than expected! Fantastic service, great facilities and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Dublin!
Upon entering the room at first I had noticed a slight stain on the bedsheet. After informing reception they immediately dealt with the situation and the lovely lady on accommodation was very apologetic that her colleague failed to deliver the standard they were trained for. Amazing staff at this hotel!
Amazing hotel, it is a 10 minute walk to the Temple Bar district and even closer to Saint Steven’s park. The staff are amazing, and they make you feel very welcomed. Rooms are warm and comfortable with pretty much everything one could need/want. It is in a super safe and convenient area with a lot of cafes and pubs less than a 3 minute walk. It has one of the nicest showers I’ve ever seen in a hotel, and each room has an espresso maker in it. The beds were great and the pillows did their job. To get into the hotel you have to ring the doorbell and have the concierge let you in so it is very safe.
