My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! The hosts were so kind, and their dog Ted is adorable. They had plenty of options for breakfast, our room was very clean and comfortable, and they are in a great location.

My wife and I stayed at this bed and breakfast for 3 nights. Two on the front end of our trip and one additional night at the end of our tour of Ireland. The home is in a great location, walkable to pubs (Kennedy's and Fagans), as well as the botanical gardens. It's easy to get to from downtown Dublin or airport, but only a couple of miles away from city central. Therefore, it is a very quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. I can't say enough about Jack and Audrey's hospitality. The rooms were impeccable, and the food and accommodations were outstanding. Jack introduced us to his dog Ted and took time to talk with us and highlight the amenities of the home and area. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a unique stay away from the busyness of the city.

I can’t say enough about what am amazing stay I had here. Jack, Audree and Teddy made you feel like family. Their staff, Maria and Lisa were so friendly and helpful. The home is BEAUTIFUL and so clean! My wee attic room was PERFECT! It had a private bath and the MOST COMFORTABLE bed ever!! I loved it!! The Continental breakfast was everything you could ask for and more! Delicious marmalade, bread (toast) every cheese imaginable, the best fruit salad I’ve ever had (plums!!), the BEST coffee and BEST water from the Wicklow mountains. Jack makes sure that you know how to work everything so you can enjoy all the amenities. I just loved their pup Teddy who is definitely the best boy! I didn’t want to leave him. 🥰 I truly hope that I get to visit them again bc they really made my stay in Dublin such an amazing memory! Thank you so much! God bless you. Pam 💕🙏🧘🏻‍♀️

We can highly recommend the Avoca House Bed and Breakfast! 🌟 Rarely have we stayed at a place that is so beautifully decorated with attention to detail and, above all, brought to life by the warm and welcoming hosts Audrey & Jack. The rooms are modern, spacious, and equipped with lovely bathrooms. The beds are exceptionally comfortable – just perfect for recharging after a long and exciting day exploring Dublin. Honestly, we would have loved to take them home with us – just like our new little friend Ted, Audrey & Jack’s charming dachshund. 🐾 Breakfast was another highlight: refined, delicious, and of outstanding quality. The variety of breads and croissants, all sourced from local bakers, was excellent. A special breakfast request was even fulfilled the very next day – thank you once again for this thoughtful gesture! For some peaceful downtime, the cozy terrace in the backyard is the perfect spot to relax. All in all: an absolute gem in Dublin! If we ever come back, the Avoca House Bed and Breakfast will definitely be our first choice. ❤️
