Felt like a home away from home, just better than home, because we got fresh homemade vegan scones in the morning alongside a big breakfast buffet. The company of the two hosts during breakfast felt like being at a good and fun friends place. We also got traveling and Restaurant recommendations which helped us with planing our days. The room was clean, well staffed (also snacks and bathroom essentials) and has even everything for a coffee or tea break. We would have loved to stay longer. See you next time!
We had a very pleasant stay at 2MikesHomestay. The cozy little room on the second floor was well-equipped with a refrigerator, tea, coffee, and small sweets—a lovely, personal touch. The owners are exceptionally warm and friendly. The atmosphere is very welcoming, making you feel right at home. Breakfast was particularly wonderful: truly something special by Irish standards. Among other things, there was homemade granola, freshly baked scones, and chia pudding. In the mornings, you sit at the table with the hosts and quickly strike up a conversation—almost like chatting with friends. On our last day, they even kindly gave us a ride to the bus stop for the airport. The connection to the city is also good, and the bus stop isn't far away. We also received a great tip for a local pub with live music nearby. One minor drawback was the construction noise in the area, which sometimes woke us up early in the morning. Overall, a very warm and highly recommended place to stay with lots of personal charm.

We had a truly wonderful stay at 2 Mikes Homestay and couldn’t recommend it more highly. From the moment we arrived, we were given such a warm and genuine welcome that immediately made us feel at home. The hosts are incredibly kind, attentive, and full of great local tips that really helped us make the most of our time in Dublin. A special highlight was the breakfast — absolutely delicious! The homemade bread and freshly baked scones were exceptional and made each morning something to look forward to. The combination of comfort, hospitality, and personal touches made our stay really special. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dublin.
I loved to be there. Best homestay ever! They were so kind and openminded. We loved the berakfasts, the Irish soda bread was soo good and easy talk with Mike. You will have a nice time here if you can honor the really good qualiti food, bed, sleeping, clearness, kindness and you don't make mess. This pleace is a home with a soo cool design, with cute cats, with one of the best banana bread and with 2 great guys.
