After a long run, the compression boots were fantastic for helping speed up my recovery. They left my legs feeling refreshed and much less fatigued. The Seomra Salainn Salt Rooms & Wellness Centre is a lovely, relaxing venue with a welcoming atmosphere, and I'll definitely be returning. Highly recommended!
Best sauna and ice bath experience I’ve ever had. I genuinely can’t wait to come back. I left feeling completely refreshed and brand new. The facilities are spotless, the equipment is top class, and Richard is a fantastic host who clearly takes great pride in the experience he provides. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a first-class sauna and cold plunge experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This is a great place to go for your recovery and wellness needs. My muscles needed some TLC after a training block and the chill out/recovery session did exactly what I needed it to do, and more. Body feels great again and I got some really relaxing downtime in the process. Owner is lovely and explains everything to you and guides you very clearly. All areas are meticiously clean, cleanest I have ever been to and the setting is very condusive to the relaxing experience. I particulary liked the privacy factor and ability to move between the sauna room and ice bath room without worrying about seeing anyone. Overall, such a beneficial treatment and experience. Would definitely recommend - lots of treatments to choose from and great value for money. I will be returning.
Trying out something new was my reason for visiting Seomra Salainn last week. The welcome was warm and the introductions to my chosen salt floatation and massage were excellent. I had no questions as everything was covered in detail. This was my first time to try salt floatation and I loved it. The space, privacy and sense of calm all contributed to a fantastic experience. I followed it with a touch free massage chair session which was a nice treat. Relaxing, good value compared to others I had researched and the added bonus of nice people running it. Well done team Seomra Salainn.
Seomra Salainn is a fantastic amenity. Richard and his team are very knowledgeable and friendly. I've attended the centre many times but more recently I've attended with my 4 year old daughter. The family room is brilliant, there are toys for the children to play with and a TV to keep them entertained for the duration of your appointment. I highly recommend trying it out for yourself
