We had a wonderful stay and couldn't have been happier with our experience. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and had such a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. A heartfelt thank you to the amazing staff, especially Martina, Maria, Hector, Miguel, Gustavo, Atakan, and Camilo. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming, always happy to help or have a chat. This team truly make this hotel special, and their warmth and hospitality are what made our stay so memorable. They are a credit to the hotel. A special thank you to Martina and Maria for making our check-out so smooth, relaxed, and enjoyable—their kindness and professionalism were the perfect way to end our stay. We also really appreciated Atakan and Camilo, who went out of their way to help us order food and were always so kind and helpful. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so enjoyable. We would highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return in the future.
Rooms are clean but basic and small. However the service more than makes up for the size of the room. The staff are incredible? Friendly and so helpful. Hector and Sarp were especially great when we checked out. Thanks everyone x
Did the job! Got what you paid for and service was excellent. All staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. Marija and Emilis ensured we could store our bags and use the bathroom after checking out so we could still enjoy our day exploring. Bedroom walls are thin and we had very noisy neighbours on night 1 (stayed for 3 nights) but other than that, we had a comfortable stay. Could be worth providing extra pillows for those that wish for them - we requested extra at reception as we had one thin pillow each in the room. Staff were happy to help though. Could be worth having a bath mat to step onto when getting out of the shower. Rooms and hotel were clean. Good to have the free water machine in reception to refill water bottles. Overall a good room & bathroom for a comfortable stay on our city break.
Comfortable room and very helpful staff Marta and Marija. Great location for centre of town. Would definitely stay again. There was no kettle but there was a hot drink machine by reception where you could pay for coffee etc or get free hot water. Asked to stay on top floor and it was v quiet. Didn’t hear any noise from neighbours.
We had a fantastic stay at easyHotel Dublin. The hotel was impeccably clean, and everything felt well-maintained and comfortable throughout our visit. What truly made the difference was the outstanding service from the entire team. Jeannine was especially helpful—she provided excellent recommendations on where to eat, what to see, and how to get around, which made exploring the city so much easier and more enjoyable. As we spent most of our time out and about, the minimalist size of the room suited us just fine and didn’t impact our stay. Overall, it was a great experience thanks to both the cleanliness and the exceptional staff. We would definitely stay here again!
