I’ve had a great experience here. The sessions are deeply relaxing, and what I really appreciate is that Grainne integrates other approaches like breathwork and reiki when needed. She’s very intuitive and adapts the session based on what your body seems to need in the moment. I always leave feeling calmer and more grounded, sleep better and feel more energised the day after.
Grainne is just amazing! I genuinely leave each of our sessions feeling a weight lifted from my body, she creates a space of calm and happiness that allows you to truly relax. I couldn’t recommend her enough.
Grainne is a true gem of a person and amazing reflexologist. I wasn’t too sure of what reflexology is and if it really helps - every single session has been the most relaxing time. Flying on clouds afterwards. Moreover, I also had the pleasure of taking part in her reiki class and loved how easy, informative and welcoming every day was. Can highly recommend to everyone :)
I couldn’t recommend Grainne more, she is an absolute angel and pure ray of sunshine who emanates her beautiful energy with everything she does. Simply being in her presence makes you feel calm and relaxed. I have been having reflexology with Grainne for almost 2 years and every time is absolutely fantastic. Once you enter Grainne’s beautifully cosy cabin you will find yourself immediately relaxing and switching off. Grainne is such a kind and caring person and I can’t recommend her highly enough when it comes to anything wellness / relaxation related.
