This place serves a great pint of Guinness, and their Seafood Stew is delicious. Special thanks to Loia for making us feel welcome and at home! Would definitely come back!

I waited to write this review on this pub until I returned from my trip, so I could write my honest opinion. I had never been to Dublin or Ireland and was excited to get right into the pub scene and having a good pint of Guiness. This pub was in the area that myself and my family stayed in and I really liked it. The decor was traditional. Had nice big booths, which accomodated me and the 4 family members. It wasn't too loud so, we could talk. The food was good, staff were very friendly and I can honestly say as a Guiness drinker, this was the BEST pint of Guiness I had in my 6 days in Ireland, and I had a pint in various pubs around Ireland and even at the Guiness Storehouse, St. Jame's Gate for the Guiness tour. Interestly enough my family members agreed, some of which had been to Ireland before and are not newbie's to Guiness or a good traditional pint. This pint was creamy, and velvety smooth, with no after taste. It was so good I had another. Purely speculation, but the only thing that I can say might have made this pint taste so much better compared to others, was that it was not ice cold, it seemed more at room temperature. When I asked around at other pubs, they said "that wouldn't make a difference". Although it seemed like it did? If you want a good pint of Guiness & a meal, check out this pub.

Great pub in a prime location. Besides delicious Guinness, it's also perfect for watching sporting events like rugby on a big screen.

Lovely pub with nice spots to grab a pint and have a chat. Went in on a quiet Tuesday and the partons were all enjoying themselves and the service was great. Didn't catch the girl who served me the pint but she poured off one and served me one of the best pints I've had in the city in a long time. Highly recommend a Guinness from here. 7.20 is high but great for Dublin
