I lived here for a few months recently. The rooms are small but they are really well set up. Matress is comfortable and you have everything you need. The building is super clean all the time and the gym and cinema are pretty good. My only complaint is that my room was really hot, even in winter. The admin team was amazing, friendly and always happy to help, I will never forget how great they were.
It is a lovely place to live, the staff are all friendly and helpful and everyone is really nice, always with a smile on their face. The reception is open 24/7, there is maitenance on site and we all have access cards to enter the buiding. I have met wonderful people here in the comunity and there are social events daily from Monday to Friday. The location is perfect. The cons would be that we need to pay for the laundry, is not cheap and the studio is quite small. Overall, it is a great place and I think many people living here have extended their stay.
We are Ángela and Jesús, we've been living here for 7 months. As for now, our stay has been incredible. The members of the staff are super kind and professional. The common areas are amazing, clean and useful: gym, cinema, kitchens, study rooms, game room, music room, library room... The temperature on the room is really good, we haven't even used the heating system in the whole winter. The DART is located just 3 minutes away, SUPER convenient to get to the city centre. Of course, the studio is quite small and expensive, but it has everything you need and in an amazing area of Dublin (besides, nothing in this country is cheap). For the prize, we doubt there's anything as good as this in Dublin. We are really enjoying our stay!
Great location, very close to the sea and with excellent public transport connections to Dublin city centre. The rooms are cozy and offer a good amount of storage space. In addition, the building offers many shared spaces that residents can enjoy, which really makes a difference. One of the best things about Niche Living is the sense of community. It’s easy to meet new people and the activities organized by Niche help create a very social atmosphere. The staff are also super friendly and always helpful. Overall, a really nice place to live.
I’ve been living at Niche Living in Dun Laoghaire for almost three years, and it has been a really great experience overall. One of the best things about this place is the community and social atmosphere. It’s very easy to meet people, and the common areas make it natural to interact with other residents. Over the years I’ve met many great people here, which really makes it feel more like a community than just an apartment building. The staff are excellent. Always friendly, helpful, and responsive whenever something is needed. The building is well managed and the services provided make daily life very convenient. The location is also fantastic. Being close to the DART station, the sea, and everything in Dun Laoghaire makes it a great place to live. You get the calm seaside atmosphere while still having easy access to the city. Overall, between the great staff, strong social environment, good facilities, and amazing location, Niche Living has been a really enjoyable place to live and I would definitely recommend it.
