Glashaus Hotel

Hard to know where to start. We stayed there on and off for 11 weeks while our dad was very ill in Tallaght hospital. The hotel was directly across from the hospital and also right at the luas stop and in front of the square shopping center so was absolutely perfectly located , we stayed in a family room which was so spacious and perfect for our needs, the food in the bar was so reasonable and delicious (the chicken wings are the best ive had) but honestly what made our stay was the staff. They were across the board so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble and they made a very difficult time so much easier we will be back to stay for sure and I couldn't say enough good things about them all
I stayed at the Glashaus Hotel and was blown away from start to finish. Management, reception, bar staff, and housekeeping were all outstanding. From the moment we arrived, reception made us feel so welcome. Check-in was smooth and the team couldn’t do enough for us. Management(John) were visible, friendly, and clearly run a tight ship. Nothing was an issue for them. The bar staff were brilliant too attentive, great craic, and quick with recommendations. Housekeeping kept the room spotless every day without ever being intrusive. You can tell the whole team takes real pride in what they do. The service has been second to none and we genuinely felt looked after the entire stay. Can’t recommend the Glashaus enough. We’ll be back.
Stayed here with my boyfriend and overall had a very good experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and the room was comfortable. Service was great and staff were friendly and helpful. The main downside for me was the location — it’s quite far out, so it may not be ideal if you want to be closer to the city centre. Other than that, a really pleasant stay.
Stayed here for five nights and would stay here again. Room was well appointed, lovely and clean, air conditioned, with a clothes iron and hair dryer if needed, free WiFi and great selection of Tv and radio channels as well as a safe for your valuables and the obligatory kettle with teas coffees milk and sugar and cups. Loved being able to open a window for some fresh air and being able to control the room temperature by yourself, but it can be noisy outside below on the street at the tram stop, especially at night. Over all the room was lovely immaculately clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely stay here again.
Stayed here for one night, our room was clean and had a comfortable bed. The girl on reception was very polite and friendly she checked us in and out, very knowledgeable of the area. Room was warm and great powerful shower for a second floor room. The location was quite tricking to find google maps didn’t take us directly there. Stayed here to get the ferry the next day was a 30 min drive so was convenient for us. There’s a great under ground car park that leads directly in to the hotel. Overall a great stay and would return if in the area.
