Rooms were very nice with privacy curtains and individual bathrooms for the dorm! Staff were friendly and happy to help if needed. The bar was reasonably priced and food was good. So nice to be able to get a coffee and pastry in the morning without having to pay for buffet breakfast. Events are not very well attended but it’s great they still put them on, we really enjoyed the couple we went to. The location is fantastic and you can walk to most of the places you want to see in Dublin. The cleanliness of the rooms could have been improved and the social aspect is a bit lacking.
went there 2 years ago with my school and this rating may be biased since this place holds a special place in my heart! now let’s get straight into describing this amazing hostel! Honestly, this place is an absolute vibe! It’s a massive 7-story setup, but the renovation is super modern and low-key chill. The bar and dining area have so much space to hang out. Even my male 6-bed dorm was surprisingly roomy—not cramped at all. Everything was spotless and comfy. The beds are definitely bigger than your average hostel bed, and they come fully clutched with a privacy curtain, power outlets, USB ports, a reading light, and hooks. You also get big numbered lockers right in the room and an ensuite bathroom. The shower? Pure fire—hot and actually had amazing water pressure. The food is actually kinda impressive if you git fine taste buds, not like my mates! if you ask me, my overall experience was Super Nice! The wiew in my room was also very nice! i know i was probably pretty lucky but i’m so glad this what we’ve chosen as our trip hostel! also i don’t know why but, the air and allat just fell very warm and kinda familiar, i had like a sense of deja vu most of the times!! The place is very organized, clean hostel in a literal prime location right in the city center. Also, the breakfast is a major win, especially with the pre-order discount. FOR ME ITS A 10/10 Hostel!!!
Good: + beds and bed layout with curtains, space to store stuff and individual lights/chargers + What really convinced me to stay here was the fact that it DOES NOT stack beds as close together as other hostels (like caskets really where you climb in from the back end) so that was a bonus I guess + big lockers, big enough for my 70l backpack (very handy but bring your own lock!) + very central location Negative: - most impersonal hostel I’ve ever stayed at! Anonymous, doesn’t facilitate connection, if you fancy your sweet time alone then that’s the place - almost everything automated and almost no staff, which can lead to them being overwhelmed with people - everything costs extra, this is clearly just a money machine for the owners and it very much feels that way
I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Dublin! The location is excellent – very central, easy to find, and within walking distance of pretty much all of central Dublin. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and attractions nearby, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The customer service was great, and all the staff members were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The hostel had a cozy atmosphere and felt like a great place to stay. The only downside was that the rooms weren’t very well soundproofed, so you could sometimes hear noise from nearby rooms. Other than that, everything was fantastic. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience,
This hostel is very close to the downtown. The rooms are very clean and the staff is very professional. Everything you need is immediately available and easy to obtain, whether a towel, lockers to store your stuff before you check in or after you check out, and plenty of plugs for your devices. There is a nice light above every bed and the lockers in each room are new and very secure. The staff also knows about many cool things to see in the city, such as the national museums which are very close! Five stars!
