Brilliant stay, fantastic location. We stayed to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary and the hotel made the stay extra special, with chocolate strawberries and a room upgrade. We felt incredibly valued as customers, and would absolutely recommend this hotel when staying in Dublin. The location was brilliant, but enough away from the Main Street you didn’t hear the bars and pubs. The room had everything you needed for a comfortable stay including toiletries, coffee machine. The bed was very comfortable. The staff at reception were very friendly and allowed us to store our bags whilst we explored before and after check out. The late check out was an added bonus!
Staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Room was fine. Lighting in bathroom was a little dim but otherwise fine. TV didn't work properly. Has a great restaurant attached and the location of the hotel was great with short walks to everywhere we wanted to go. City Hall and the Dublin Castle were right across the street.
Great location! We mostly walked or taxied/Uber for the first few days of our stay in Dublin. We were close to the popular bars, shops and restaurants. The staff was attentive, very polite and always knowledgeable when we had questions. Loved having my personal Nespresso bar in the room, robe and slippers! The bathroom was clean, plenty of towels and lovely Vegan soaps, shampoo & conditioner. I highly recommend this Hotel!
Our stay was perfect. The staff was very friendly and super helpful!!! We arrived in the early morning after a long flight. The front desk staff allowed us to check in early. They were so helpful during our short stay. The restaurant staff were equally helpful!! They allowed us to place an order before they opened and brought the food to our room. We so appreciate the friendly and helpful staff. The location was also perfect. The bed was very comfortable!! No complaints at all!!!! We would absolutely stay here again!!!!
