Super friendly staff, Mustafa went above and beyond to help me with mailing an Important package. Brand new sparkling clean facility with all the amenities. They even provided me a fan when it got warm.
We stayed at Niche Living for about a month and a half when we had just arrived in Dublin, and we really loved it. The 24/7 gym is excellent, everything is very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The most important thing when you first move to Dublin is that you can easily extend your stay there while you are looking for a permanent apartment, which is incredibly convenient. There are also great common areas and regular events for residents. The location is fantastic — close to the seaside and a park. Shops are a bit far, but compared to all the advantages, this is a very small downside. The kitchen setup is convenient: you have a small kitchen in your room with everything essential, and there is also a larger, fully equipped shared kitchen on each floor. Overall, we were completely happy with our stay.
We stayed here for two nights for the rugby this month. Everything was perfect, from the lovely staff to being extremely clean. The location is great for the Aviva or RDS, with lots of cafés and pubs nearby, as well as Herbert Park. I will definitely use this as a more regular hotel when staying in Dublin.
