DescriptionMeet at the Molly Malone statue on Suffolk Street to board a comfortable coach. Meet your legendary guide and fellow adventurers then head west out of Dublin. There are quaint villages, lush countryside, and even some castle ruins to see as you head towards the West of Ireland. Have a rest stop along the way and make a photo stop at Dunguaire castle. Take a guided tour of the Ailwee Caves. This is Ireland’s premier caves system and a real treat for anyone who enters. The cave system is the largest in Ireland and has a treasure chest of both stalactites and stalagmites. The guides give an informative and fun tour of the cave system. The next stop is at Pol Na Brone Tomb, where will get you up close to a structure built by man in 3600 B.C. It is not every day that you get to see a 5000-year-old burial tomb, which is even older than the pyramids. The site was excavated in 1986 and produced human remains consisting of 16 adults and children with some artifacts. For lunch head to Doolin, a beautiful village famed for its traditional music on the edge of the Atlantic. Then head to the highlight of the tour, the Cliffs Of Moher. Here, you have 1.5-hours to walk the cliff tops and see the Cliffs of Moher from the iconic standpoint. You will also have access to the visitors center to learn about the history, flora, fauna, and geology of the area.
