Forget any negative reviews of this pub, they never put me off and I’m so glad a took a punt (no pun intended). The bar staff are so friendly and accommodating, the Guinness is up there with all the pubs the Guru promotes. I’ll be back here in a heartbeat, I came in for one and I’m on my fourth. It might well not be my last. If you love Guinness and don’t pay this pub a visit, you’re sleeping in.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Historic Gem With the Perfect Pint The Confession Box is an absolute gem tucked beside Dublin Pro Cathedral. Full of history, charm and proper Irish character, it’s one of those pubs that just feels special the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is warm and genuine, the staff are great, and the pint of Guinness is perfect — easily one of the best I had in Dublin. A must-visit if you love traditional pubs with real heritage. Truly brilliant spot. 🍺🇮🇪
Great little pub with friendly staff, good beer 🍺 and there own brands of spirits. The 6yr malt was very nice 👌. Great sitting area upstairs where you can look down behind the bar.
