Popped in to escape the rain and grab a pint. Awesome place with a great team behind the bar. Guinness was great, but plenty of other options. Food looked fantastic. Will try next time. Amazing display of police/fire badges behind the bar from across the world. Cool wee place and definitely worth a visit
Nice spot for a pint at the bar. Few friendly locals and passers by. Didnt see any entertainment or music so havent had the full experience yet. Toikets a little tight down the back maybe typical of older inner city pubs. Last summer was chairs outside and an upstairs i think. Worth checking out maybe check whats on or time your visit to get the full experience.
The Boar's Head is a charming rustical restaurant right in the heart of Dublin. We were very satisfied with our beers and the food, especially the wings and the potato-leek daily soup. The staff were very kind and while the bathroom was rather cramped, it's nonetheless a nice spot to go to for reasonable food prices.
Another fantastic pub among many others!!! We stopped for a Guinness pint and as always it was worth to stop by and enjoy the sips!!! ıf you are nearby, don’t miss it!!! Thank you Dublin and The Boar’s Head for the great hospitality! Definitely we will come back!!!
Fantastic experience! Just stopped in for a pint while doing the tourist thing! Lovely atmosphere. The locals made us American tourists feel very welcome! Will definitely be back one day! This was our first pub experience in Ireland and the people inside this lovely place made us feel right at home. Slainté!
