Really lovely pub in the docklands area of Dublin. Good selection of food and drinks. Handy for theatre and Google offices nearby.
Weather Spoon is always a handy & cost efficient place to have pint & food. You can find their local beer in kess than 3 euros and multiple food items which are cost efficient. WS is on multiple places and I visited Grand Canal one which is a huge, and has basement sitting too with respective table level order. They are screening Fifa26 with a screen.
If you're upstairs drinking it might be fine. There were no seats available so we went down stairs for an appetizer and drinks. Their scan to order didn't work, so a member of our group had to go back upstairs to order our drinks and food. We had to bring our drinks back to our table and then wait for our food. It came quickly but, good lord, it was a joke. We ordered the nachos, which came with a 4 pepper rating. I've attached a picture. A joke. No chilies, a smidgen of cheese, all bottom of the bag broken chips. We also ordered the chips with curry dip. They were good for me because I like under cooked fries, but nobody else in my group liked them, and the curry was very bland. Go eat here if you want cafeteria food at best.
A very pleasant restaurant and pub at Hanover Quay. There's a wide range of beers, from fresh tap beers to bottled world beers, at great prices. The food was mostly very delicious, only the nachos were a little disappointing since the cheese on top was already cold. The pizza, the burgers, the chicken bites and the katsu curry all get a clear recommendation, we were very satisfied! Even though we had issues with ordering through the Wetherspoons app sometimes, the staff was always very polite and helpful. If you want delicious food and drinks for reasonable prices in Dublin, the South Strand should be your destination!
